1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Ambicja sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw (registration details to be completed). Contact: contact@ambicja.academy, +48 786 262 768.

2. What we collect

We only process data submitted through the forms: parent's name, email address, phone number, information about the child's education stage (year, goals, subjects) and the content of your message.

We keep children's data to the minimum needed to prepare the diagnostic and never collect it directly from anyone under 16.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

Handling enquiries and scheduling the free diagnostic — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).

Newsletter delivery — art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, withdrawable at any time).

Defence of claims and statistics — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Who receives the data

Data may be entrusted to trusted processors: our hosting provider, CRM system and email provider (Resend) — strictly to the extent needed to handle your enquiry.

AI tools supporting the diagnostic analysis never use family data to train models.

5. Retention

Form data is stored while we talk, and for a maximum of 24 months afterwards. Newsletter data until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. One email to the address above is enough.

7. Cookies

The site uses only essential storage (e.g. your sound preference in localStorage). No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
